Vodafone opens ultramodern office in Tamale

Communication giant, Vodafone Ghana has opened a new ultramodern office today, in the Tamale Metropolis.

The ultramodern office includes, customer service centre, an internet café and staff offices.

Commissioning the new edifice, the CEO of Vodafone Ghana, Madam Yolanda Cuba said, the people of Tamale deserves better thus the need to give the people of Tamale the best of Vodafone experience.

She said, Vodafone have added a lot of innovation to its services to ensure that customers have the best of communication, adding that, Vodafone Ghana has always committed in serving the best interest of its customers.

Miss Yolanda said, they have also added an enterprise centre where small businesses can come to the office and actually have their video conferences and facilities.
The Vodafone Ghana CEO said, the office is enclosed with an internet café which comes in with a high speed internet connectivity to serve customers in a more dignified way.

Miss Cuba said, Vodafone has change their earlier slogan “Power to you” two months ago to another exciting slogan “The Future is exciting. Ready?” saying that, the new slogan is to bring more excitement to Vodafone users.

She said, on the new slogan, Vodafone is communicating that its actually going into a new era, “as Vodafone in the last couple of months you will have seen how we innovated around our products. Our services as well as starting deliberately the more inclusionary in terms our technology a case in point for example now is if you are speech and hearing impaired we are able to serve you where as a few months ago couldn’t serve you, if you are speech and hearing impaired you actually have to call someone else to actually help you call someone else now we actually have people in our call centre that are able to help you if you are speech and hearing impaired”.

She said, “we continue to grow as Vodafone which is exciting to a customer perspective, so for us that is amazing and also as we actually see the penetration of more people having smart phones we are even accelerating our growth even further in making sure that we have people that are able access even better services through their data and able handset”.

The commission of the Vodafone office was witness by chiefs, opinion leaders, business executives and among others.
