The Member of Parliament for Salaga North Constituency Alhaji Alhassan Mumuni has supported Thirty Two students from his constituency pursuing different programmes at the Kpembe Nursing and Midwifery Training college with Thirty Two Thousand Cedis from his MP’s share of the District Assembly Common Fund.
He made this donation on Thursday when he interacted with the students from the constituency on the challenges they face in the school.
The lawmaker used the occasion to admonish the students to take up their studies serious to alleviate poverty in their homes and to serve as role models to the younger ones in the constituency.
” You have to put up your very best especially in your licensing examination so that you can serve as role models to your brothers and sisters back home” he said.
Mr. Mumuni further called on them to accept postings especially to deprive communities to serve the health needs of the people.

This is the fifth year the lawmaker has giving such support to students of the school since entering Parliament in January, 2013.
Each of the Thirty Two Students received One Thousand Cedis as support from the Mp to pay their fees.
