The NPP in the Saboba Constituency is poised to retain the Saboba seat and the increase the margin of the President,Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo.
Mr. Akufo-Addo in the 2016 elections got 15,607 representing 54.58% whiles Mr John Mahama pulled 12,311 representing 43.05%
The incumbent MP, Mr Charles Binopom Bintin won the parliamentary election with 14,345 representing 50.04 and the NDC Parliamentary Candidate, Bukari Nikpe Joseph got 9,738 representing 33.97%.
The Saboba NPP in a meeting promised to increase the votes margin of both presidential and parliamentary to over 50% to enable the President, Nana Addo to continue his transformational agenda for Ghana.
After the ruling NPP elected its Paliamentry candidates in various constituencies across the country, the party is poised to win the December polls. The leadership have promise to win the December 7 Polls with a huge margin.
In a meeting with the party Exclusives , Founders and the three Contestants, the Incumbent MP for the area Hon.Charlse Binipom Bintin who lost to Hon Jawol Binanpadam Abraham who also double as the Managing Director for Ghana Supply Copany said.
“During the primaries we were all having our supporters but since I didn’t win,am urging all my supporters to come together to support hon Jawol Binanpadam Abraham to win the saboba seat.i want all my supporters to know that it is Npp that has won and not the candidate hence,the need to support him”.
Hon Barnabas Kayil who also lost to the candidate also promise to give the candidate his maximum support. he further call on all eligible electorate to vote for Nana Addo as the president and Abraham as the Paliamentry Candidate coming December 7,2020
Speaking to the Media, the Dce hon George Kitingyab Bingreni thank the three Contestants in the last ended Paliamentry primaries of the area and urged the party leaders to let love lead in gearing towards December polls. he further acknowledged the hardwork of the President and the entire Npp government in terms of development.
The NPP Parliamentary Candidate Hon Jawol Binanpadam Abraham acknowledged the efforts of the MP and Dce as far as development is concern, he further call for unity among the party in winning the upcoming election.
