The president of the republic, Nana Addo Dankwa together with his vice Alhaji Mahamadu Bawumia has join the family of the three judges who were gruesome murdered on 30th June, 1982 at the Bundase military range in the plains.
At the 35th anniversary remembrance at the forecourt of the high court, the president bemoaned the death of the judges saying the perpetrators of the crime really suppressed rule law during mother Ghana infant democracy.
He therefore prayed on the souls of the Marty’s, Justice Fred Poku Sarkodee, Cecelia Konranteng Addo, Kwasdwo Agyei Agypong and Major(Rtd) Sam Acquah continue to rest in peace.
The anniversary brought together judges, lawyers, chief justice, minister, executives of the various political parties, the clergy and the AG.
