A new poster has emerged on social media, pushing an agenda for current vice president, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, to be considered for election on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the 2024 elections.

Some NPP youth across the country calling themselves “Breaking the 8 Movement” have been doing the bidding of the Vice President to lead the party into the 2024 elections.

Though it is early yet just after three months from the 2020 general elections however the “Breaking the 8 Movement” is gaining more ground in the political cycles within the NPP.

The NPP youth believed that the stewardship of Dr. Alhaji Muhamudu Bawumia under President Akufo-Addo will consolidate the gains of the NPP in the 2024 general elections.
